All Daso's Custom Cabinetry are guaranteed to be of good material and workmanship and free of defects which render it unserviceable for the intended use. Natural variations in the color or texture of the wood are not to be considered as defects. warpage under 1/4" per door is considered industry standard and not defective. Painted cabinets may crack at joints, and are not to be considered defective. The quality of Daso's materials are safeguarded while in our possession. To be protected by our guarantee, our products MUST NOT be stored in damp or moist buildings. They MUST NOT be subjected to abnormal heat or dryness. Permanent type heat must be in operation a sufficient length of time to "CURE" in the building before Contractor agrees within a period of the life of the cabinetry after delivery date, to repair or replace without charge of material which is defective within the meaning of this guarantee. Contractor does not agree to pay for charges for finishing, or installing materials attached to Contractor cabinets and not purchased from and installed by Contractor. If changes are requested or deemed necessary by the customer during construction or after installation, that involve extra costs, these changes will be executed only after written orders have been drawn up. All extra changes will be adjusted accurately. All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in its entirety. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra cost will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All estimates contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire, tornado, and necessary insurance. Our workers are fully covered by Workman Compensation Insurance.
